This week we celebrated the birthday of our friend Bob who is working in Australia for a little while. And it FINALLY gave me a chance to use the 4th of July kits I have in my collection!!! Ahhh having a friend from the US is going to give me a whole new scrapping experience...including the opportunity to do some Thanksgiving pages! The digital kits used to create this page are My Country by Microferk Designs at Scrapbook Elements and Glory Days by Susan Darter at Raspberry Road Designs. The photostrip took me forever, but I saw the idea in Australian Scrapbooking Memories magazine and had to try it. Will be a technique I use often.
I have also worked with some great designers from Cool Scraps Digital as part of my CT role with the Super Treasure Scrappers. This page was created using the free Men's Poetry collab kit. It has over 200 elements and a stack of papers and is a Godsend for me who has two sons LOL!!!
